THIS is the time!



We are living in unprecedented times, where our energy is constantly demanded mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.


There are no words to express all of the trauma we have, and are yet experiencing.

As we seek to find understanding, wisdom, healing and peace, it is equally important to take care of ourselves. We MUST find time to refresh, revive, and restore. No fight can be won without proper rest and nutrition.

Here are a few things I recommend:

  1. Pray and meditate

  2. Take deep breaths often

  3. Take a nap

  4. Limit media intake

  5. Find outlets like puzzles, games, or watching a light movie

  6. Take a walk

  7. Take a hot shower or bath with calming aides

  8. Drink a soothing tea

  9. Focus on good, positive thoughts

  10. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies


As I am on this journey with you, I am praying for you, your family and well-being. Life does not stop when crisis happens, but we must learn to manage it. Take care of you, so that in turn, you may take care of everyone and everything else around you.
